How do I return or exchange?

I lost a puzzle piece. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. Please email us with a photo of the puzzle showing where the missing piece should be located. Please include your mailing address in the email and a subject line: The Missing Piece.
Why can't I find Read Island products locally?
Please tell us about your favorite independent retailer, gift shop, toy store or book store via email. If you can also share their contact information or buyer's name, that would be amazing! We will do our best to get our products to your neighborhood.
Why isn't your product on Amazon?
We believe in supporting independent authors, artists and retailers. Amazon may be convenient, but Jeff Bezos doesn't care about Read Island. We aim to work with mom-n-pop shops that know their products and care about the integrity of their vendors.
